Any advice, tricks, or parts would be much apreciated. or best price from a supplier. I have 35's I want to put on my 96 extracab full size GMC 4x4, so probably a 6" lift is needed. Thanks

This will be alot more pricey than lifting your toyotas in the past.

3" Body lift and 2" torsion bar key lift might do it.
Check out e-bay.
There's a company out of BC selling these things fairly cheap.
