We are in need of another 6 inches before we can groom, right now we are at about 6-7 inches...not enough to groom....we have been ripping arouind the lakes but the trails are no good yet.... I talked to a buddy today that usually puts on wait for it.....6-8 thousand clicks a year (he's got 1100kms this year already....lol...I've got about 60kms...) and he says the further north you go the better it gets....he says up around LT's(Elkridge) is fairly decent....haven't been up there myself yet though.
I'll keep you posted. |

If you Saskatoon guys really need to get a ride in and are sick of waiting for snow I would really recommend coming down this way for a day/weekend. Fort Quapelle has a great trail system that goes through the valley and to some nearby towns. Their trails are all groomed and in great shape and they cover some pretty nice scenery.
If anyone does want to come down we could set up a ride sometime. _________________

There's still more snow down south. I drove from Saskatoon through Regina to Lemberg yesterday and today.
South of Regina, there was already a couple feet in the fields before this snowfall and that will be a good base. Saskatoon was basically bare ground a few days ago. Until this snow hardens up, stoon area will still be relatively poor riding. _________________ Blue 93 Ranger 4.0L 4x4 5spd, 38.5's on 16x10's

| We are sitting pretty good up here, grooming should start this week, trails will be in great shape. I'll know a little better tomorrow, going out for a few hours. I'll check back in tomorrow evening.... |

We put on over 90 miles yesterday....what a blast....way too much fun....snow is moderate around Emma/Chistopher (10-12") but as you go further north, like around LT's, McPhee Lake and Elkridge there is double the snow....lot's of fun. Alot of the trails have been groomed and in good shape....will be great if we can get a little more snow....still fun as heck though. There are alot of 5 and 6 foot high drifts around to play in. I only snapped a few pics...sadly....Oh yea and I put my sled through the ice trying to take a shortcut back onto the third lake....only about two feet deep of some black nasty smelling water....lol....we yanked her out and turned around and got outta there... didn't get any pics of that....
